Life can be hard at times, frustrating, demanding and annoying. Pressures from families, friends, work, society and foes can even make things worst.
Rage might build up, and anger flare up in an instant like one's mind is about to explode. In times like this patience and endurance is needed. Take time out, reflect and think again, instead of diving into the wave of rage and consumed by the fire ignited by your anger. A moment of anger can cost you a misery of a life time, and a moment of patience can save one from disaster. Try to minimize the use of curse words or even worst violent actions in expressing yourself, try walking away from your provocations. Stay away from things, people and places that get you enraged, provoked and trapped although this on it's own can not be a total solution. But still yet it is better to try to divert one's focus away from the source of his or her provocations, pressures and emotional trauma, who knows a bit of fresh air, site seeing, chit chat and hanging out with loved ones can a difference and make one feel a bit relaxed. Better still remember that it's not what others do to you that really matters but how we react to what they do is that all matters, some were meant to be a thorn in others flesh and a source of provocation to whoever they meet and where ever they go. You can not change this people but you can use them to change yourself, this is when and where wisdom comes into play. Outsmart your enemy by using their weapons to your advantage and to their disadvantage. Knowing that whenever you rise above their provocations and manipulations, they get enraged, provoked and trapped in their own schemes, and you get better from falling into their traps and even stronger by rising above their schemes. Thereby leaving them powerless, confused and restless, sooner or later they will have little or no choice but to quit pressurizing you, provoking and manipulating you. Why? Because each time they do they pierce themselves with their own swords and get themselves trapped, depressed, caged and destroyed. You can not curse your way out of life, nor can you always physically fight your way out of life. Whether we accept it or not, there is more to life than the physical aspect it, Life is deeper than that, it goes beyond what the naked eyes can comprehend, for everything is being controlled by the spiritual side of life but I leave for next time. But still yet always bear in mind that a good fighter doesn't fight with anger and rage within. ( though physically you might appear but within cool and calm). So therefore for you to win you must be focused and aim to land your punches at the right spot and targets to earn the desired points you need. Life might be hard and stressful at the moment but victory is assured for those willing to give it their all. I say your best might not be enough, so do what has to be done to get what you desire in life.
